LeSS is not about scaling a framework —
it's about redesigning your organization to build better products, faster, and with fewer obstacles.
The Global LeSS Conference is an international gathering of professionals from around the world who practice Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS). Going beyond simple case studies, the event explores the essence of organizational transformation and agility through deep dialogue with experienced practitioners and LeSS trainers.
LeSS' Yoaké Asia was established to promote LeSS and elevate practical expertise throughout Japan and the rest of Asia. Since its inaugural event in 2024, it has made a significant impact as a platform for sharing and learning from the unique organizational challenges and insights found within the Asian region.
In October 2026, these two powerful movements will converge. We are proud to announce the joint event, "2026 Global LeSS Conference Japan / LeSS' Yoaké Asia 2026," where world-class expertise meets Asian practical wisdom.
Two additional keynote speakers will be joining Bas Vodde.
Further details will be announced as they are finalized.

We will be holding training sessions on topics such as organizational design and systems thinking before and after the conference.
Please join us for this opportunity to turn the knowledge gained at the conference into practical, actionable skills.
The evolution of AI is forcing us to rethink the very nature of organizations. Using the Org Topologies™ framework, you will develop the ability to design "AI-Ready" organizational structures that maximize performance.
Decipher the underlying structures behind complex organizational challenges. Moving beyond mere theory, you will master the systems thinking tools and mindsets that can be applied immediately to real-world situations.
We will learn about organizational design for driving Agile development across multiple teams. We will explore the essential knowledge of LeSS in depth—from the transformation into Feature Teams to daily operations.
Develop a deep understanding of Scrum fundamentals and acquire the skills needed as a ScrumMaster to guide your team toward effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile value delivery.

Launched in January 2024, the Scrum/LeSS community "LeSS’ Morning" has generated a powerful resonance as a space for deep learning of the principles. This momentum became the driving force for accelerating the adoption of LeSS across Asia, culminating in the successful "LeSS’ Yoaké ASIA" conferences in 2024 and 2025.
Featuring world-renowned experts, including LeSS co-creators Craig Larman and Bas Vodde, this conference has established itself as more than a place for sharing cutting-edge knowledge. It is now a strategic platform for companies to enhance their branding, drive recruitment, and forge new business partnerships.
In 2026, we will accelerate this momentum even further. By maximizing the synergy between the community and the conference, we aim to transcend simple skill acquisition. Our goal is to build an ecosystem where all practitioners tackling organizational transformation can connect and co-create the future.

LeSS' Morning is a learning community for anyone passionate about Scrum and LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum). Since our launch in October 2023, we’ve been a space for growing together and building meaningful connections.
Through our regular events and workshops, we share "living insights" on how to scale Scrum principles across entire organizations. Why tackle challenges alone? Join us as we explore the possibilities of Scrum and LeSS together. We look forward to seeing you there!
